One of our proudest achievements was the dismantling of the AAC block plant at H H Celcon in Westbury, England. This plant had a production capacity of 1400 cubic meters per day, with a total weight of approximately 4000 tonnes.

The project required dismantling more than 30 synchronized PLC systems and handling around 200 units of 40-foot-high cubes. The entire plant was carefully packed into containers and shipped to India for reassembly.

The dismantling process itself took six months, showcasing our precision and expertise in handling large-scale industrial projects. Each component was meticulously managed to ensure smooth transportation.

After the successful transfer, the erection and commissioning of the plant in India took two years. This complex project was a milestone for us, reflecting our capabilities in dismantling, relocating, and reassembling heavy machinery on an international scale.

Capacity
