Bulk Materials Handling Grab Bucket
Radio Remote
Control Grabs
Radio Remote Control Grabs - Suitable to handle
bulk materials like Coal - Salt - Iron Ore - Fertilizers - Lime Stone - Bauxite
- Sand - Sulfur
Available capacity from 2.0 M3 to 50 M3 (CBM)
The ideal decision for any
Port Crane or Cargo Ship. Regardless of whether incited by remote control or
force link, the opening procedure can be hindered and proceeded with a few
times so as to guarantee mass material is emptied in a controlled way and with
diminished residue outflow.

Orange Peel Grab capacity: 0.5m3 to 15m3 for steel melting industries
0.5 m^3 to 3 m^3 Capacity: Smaller capacity orange peel
grabs are commonly used for handling smaller volumes of scrap metal, such as in
smaller steel foundries or metal recycling facilities. These grabs are suitable
for handling moderate amounts of scrap metal efficiently.
3 m^3 to 10 m^3 Capacity: Medium-sized orange peel grabs are
utilized for handling moderate to large volumes of scrap metal in medium-sized
steel melting industries. These grabs offer increased capacity compared to
smaller models, allowing for more efficient handling of larger quantities of
scrap metal.
10 m^3 to 15 m^3 Capacity: Larger capacity orange peel grabs
are employed in large-scale steel melting industries or metal processing
facilities where significant volumes of scrap metal need to be handled. These
grabs are capable of lifting and moving substantial amounts of scrap metal in a
single operation, thereby improving productivity and efficiency.
Rock Grab (Rock Grabber)
This attachment offers quick and
efficient pickup and placement of rocks or other objects. Our grapples are
commonly used in construction, demolition and tree logging operations and are
available in static or hydraulic options.
A heavy-duty design with internally
reinforced, box-type construction ensures high resistance under bending and
torsion loadings during operation. Structural components such as the tines are
made from high tensile steel. Contactable components such as the grab thumb
plates and the skin are made from quench and tempered wear resistant steel.
Hardened pins and bushes are used for
long wear life.
Forklift Mounted Grab Attachment
The models of BharatGrabs are designed as a slip-on forklift
attachment.
They are designed to securely and safely transport posts or
pipes. This slip-on accessory can be fitted in seconds to a forklift
requiring only the connection to the 3rd function hydraulics, via the quick
connect hydraulic couplings.
Two locking pins, supplied, prevent the unit from moving off the
fork arms.
Buckets from Resist Wear
Plates, Size: up to 4m3,
Riddle bucket – These buckets are made of heavy metal
plates with gaps that allow for smaller particles to fall through. Ideal for
separating coarse soil from fine particles.
Rock bucket – These buckets are similar to digging
buckets but have structural parts that have been reinforced. This allows the
bucket to be pushed with greater power to break hard rock without damaging
itself. They have long, sharp teeth and a narrow V-shaped cutting edge.
Digging Bucket – These buckets are common and
comes as a standard attachment with all excavators. These buckets teeth that
are ideal for topsoil digging and excavation in urban areas.
Grading or clean-up bucket – These buckets do not have teeth
but have greater capacity than other buckets. They are used for scooping up
soft soil and material. They are used for sloping, levelling and back-filling.
Hard-pan bucket – These buckets are built for
maximum strength and durability and are similar to a rock bucket. The
difference lies in the ripping teeth attached to the back of the bucket that
loosens compact earth while digging.
V bucket – This is ideal for digging
V-shaped trenches for installing utility cables and pipes that have to be
installed at shallow depths.
Crushing and
Screening Buckets for Excavators:
A Powerful Multi-Tool A screening and crushing bucket, also known as a crusher bucket, is a powerful attachment for excavators that combines both crushing and screening functions in one unit. This versatile tool offers several advantages and can be used in various applications across industries.

Up with GrabsIndia.com: Transforming Excavators from Diesel to Electric!
Diesel Consumption vs. Electric Consumption
Diesel Consumption:
Fuel Cost: Diesel engines require regular refuelling, which involves significant ongoing costs for fuel.
Efficiency: Diesel engines typically have lower efficiency compared to electric motors. A substantial amount of energy is lost as heat.
Maintenance: Diesel engines require regular maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, and more frequent servicing due to the higher number of moving parts.
Electric Consumption:
Energy Cost: Electricity is generally cheaper than diesel fuel, leading to lower operating costs.
Efficiency: Electric motors convert a higher percentage of electrical energy into mechanical energy, with less energy lost as heat.
Maintenance: Electric motors require less maintenance due to fewer moving parts, leading to reduced service costs and less downtime.
