ACP SHEET STRIPPING MACHINE
The ACP Sheet Stripping Machine is designed for efficient recycling of Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP), with a processing capacity ranging from 400 to 1000 kg per hour. It supports input sheet widths of up to 1.2 meters, making it suitable for large-scale operations.
Powered by a 3 HP motor and controlled via a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), the machine allows precise control over speed and energy consumption. This ensures optimal efficiency during the peeling and separation process of aluminium and plastic layers.
The machine features a robust peeling mechanism that separates the layers, along with a discharging mechanism for continuous material flow. Rollers and sprockets ensure smooth operation, while the belt-driven motor and gearbox provide stability throughout the process.
Its eco-friendly design ensures low noise and minimal pollution, using a dry physical separation method without chemicals or water. With high efficiency and low maintenance requirements, it is a sustainable solution for recycling and waste reduction.
